Performance tests have shown that Craneers U58 rollers demonstrate significantly superior wear resistance compared to the Celanese 4150 rollers. The tests were conducted over a period of eight (8) weeks under full load conditions in an offshore environment, with ambient temperatures ranging from 17°C to 38°C. At the end of the testing period: • The Celanese-4150 rollers exhibited deep concave wear. • The Craneers-U58 rollers showed only minor surface concavity. These results indicate that Craneers-U58 rollers offer over 50% longer service life, making them a more reliable and cost-effective solution for demanding port and offshore applications.
